DESCRIPTION
The active substance of Waklert is armodafinil - the R-enantiomer of modafinil with the longer half-life. Armodafinil's mechanism of action is not fully determined. Armodafinil is an indirect dopamine receptor agonist, it binds to the dopamine transporter and inhibit dopamine reuptake, thus increasing extracellular dopamine levels in some brain regions. INSTRUCTIONS & DOSAGE
Active substance: armodafinil 150mg
For oral administration. The pill should be swallowed with water.
Recommended dose of Waklert is 150 mg once a day in the morning or early afternoon. In the case of shift work sleep disorder the pill should be taken one hour before work.
