DESCRIPTION
Thymogen® is a immunomodulator, which belongs to the class of peptide bioregulators, is a synthetic analogue of the regulatory peptide of the central organs of the immune system - the thymus.
Doctors value it for its unique composition and, with appropriate indications, are prescribed for both adults and children. Patients cannot help but have questions about the mechanism of its action and the principle of its effect on the body, since Thymogen® is really different from other immunomodulators.

PACKAGING & DOSAGE
Active ingredient: Falpha-glutamyl-tryptophan (Tymogen sodium in terms of thymogen)
Excipients: sodium chloride 900 mcg, benzalkonium chloride 10 mcg, purified water up to 0.1 ml.

One pack contains:
5 ampoules, 0.01%, 1 ml
Cream 0.05%, 30 grams
Spray 250 mcg/ml, 10 ml

Cream:
On skin. The cream is applied in a thin layer to the affected area 1-2 times a day (morning and evening). The recommended daily dose is 2 g of cream (1 mg of thymogen). A strip of cream from a tube with a diameter of 5 mm and a length of 4 cm has a mass of 1 gram.

Spray:
1 dose in each nasal passage 2 times a day for 10 days for therapeutic purposes or for 3-5 days for prophylactic purposes.

Injectables:
Intramuscularly once per day. Adults and children from 14 years old, 100 mcg (300-1000 mcg per course), children from 6 months to 1 year - 10 mcg, from 1 year to 3 years - 10-20 mcg, from 4 to 6 years - 20-30 mcg, from 7 to 14 years - 50 mcg. The duration of the course of treatment is from 3 to 10 days. Conducting a second course is possible not earlier than in 1 month. During the year, 4 courses are possible.
