DESCRIPTION
Versatis is a medicated plaster containing 700 mg of lidocaine, designed for localized pain relief in adults suffering from post-herpetic neuralgia (PHN)—a type of neuropathic pain following shingles. The plaster provides continuous pain relief by releasing lidocaine into the skin, numbing the affected area without significant systemic absorption.
Lidocaine, the active ingredient in Versatis, is an amide-type local anesthetic that stabilizes neuronal membranes by inhibiting ionic fluxes required for the initiation and conduction of nerve impulses, thereby producing local analgesia.

PACKAGING & DOSAGE
One pack contains 5 plasters. Each plaster is measuring 10 cm x 14 cm.
Active ingredient: Glycerol, liquid sorbitol (crystallizing), carboxypolymethylene, propylene glycol, urea, heavy kaolin, tartaric acid, gelatin, polyvinyl alcohol, sodium polyacrylate, methyl parahydroxybenzoate (E218), propyl parahydroxybenzoate (E216), aluminum glycinate, purified water, and polyethylene terephthalate (PET) backing film.
Apply up to three plasters to the painful area once daily for up to 12 hours within a 24-hour period. Ensure a 12-hour plaster-free interval each day. Plasters can be cut to fit the affected area before removing the release liner. Apply only to intact, dry, non-irritated skin.
SIDE EFFECTS AND PRECAUTIONS
Application site reactions such as erythema, rash, pruritus, and burning sensations. Skin injuries and ulcers at the application site. Do not use on patients with known hypersensitivity to lidocaine or any of the plaster's components. Avoid application on injured or inflamed skin.
STORAGE
Store in dry place at room temperature. Do not exceed storage temperature higher than 25 degrees Celcius. Keep away from direct sunlight. Keep locked and away from children.
