The antibiotic does not absorb fully from the gastrointestinal tract and the patient usually gets about 60% of the dose taken. The maximum amount is contained in the plasma approximately 1-3 hours after the medication is taken. The penetration into all organs and tissues is observed. The substance can accumulate in bones, liver, teeth, spleen, etc. The preparation is excreted from the body with feces, urine and partly with bile.
