DESCRIPTION
Amixin is a low-molecular-weight inducer of endogenous interferon. It stimulates the synthesis of alpha-, beta-, gamma-interferons. Interferons are produced in response to Amixin by the cells of the the intestinal epithelium, hepatocytes, T-lymphocytes, neutrophils. Amixin stimulates bone marrow stem cells, depending on a dose it increases antibody production, reduces the degree of immunosuppression, restores the ratio of T-helper and T-suppressor. Amixin reduces reproduction of viruses by inhibition of translation of virus-specific proteins in infected cells.

PACKAGING & DOSAGE
Active substance: tilorone 125mg
Excipients: magnesium carbonate basic, polyvinylpyrrolidone, calcium stearate, aerosil, vaseline oil, sugar, talc, tropeolin Oh, titanium dioxide, gelatin, beeswax.

The supplement should be taken orally after meals.

Complex therapy of neuroviral infections: the dose is 125-250mg/day during the first two days, then - 125mg in 48 hours. The duration of the treatment is 3-4 weeks.

Influenza and other acute respiratory viral infections: dose of 125mg/day during the first 2 days, then - 125mg in 48 hours. The duration of the treatment is 3-4 weeks.

Prevention of influenza and SARS: the dose is 125mg once a week for 6 weeks.

Herpes, cytomegalovirus infection: the dose is 125 mg during the first 2 days, then - 125mg in 48 hours. The duration of the treatment is 3-4 weeks.

Urogenital and respiratory chlamydia: the dose is 125mg/day during the first 2 days, then - 125mg after 48 hours. The duration of the treatment is 3-4 weeks.

Non-specific prevention of hepatitis A: the dose is 125mg once a week for 6 weeks.

Viral hepatitis A: the first day dose is 125mg 2 times/day, then 125mg in 48 hours. Maximum dose is 1.25g (10 tab.).

Acute hepatitis B: the first and second day dose is 125mg/day, then 125mg in 48 hours. A course of treatment – 2g (16 tab.).

Chronic hepatitis B: the initial dose is 250mg (2 tabs). First 2 days the dose is 250mg/day, then - 125mg in 48 hours. The total dose of the treatment course varies between 3.75 to 5g, the duration is 3.5-6 months.

Acute hepatitis C: the dose is 125 mg/day during the first 2 days, then - 125 mg in 48 hours. The dose of treatment course 2.5g (20 tab.).
