DESCRIPTION
Rivastigmine is used when the brain is not making or using enough acetylcholine, a chemical that helps brain cells communicate. By increasing acetylcholine levels, it may make symptoms of dementia a little easier to manage. The benefit is usually modest, but it can help some people stay independent longer.

Active ingredient: Rivastigmine 3 mg.
Excipients of the core: gelatin, iron oxide yellow, magnesium stearate, methylhydroxypropylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose.
Dosage Recommendations:
Dosing is usually started low and increased slowly to reduce side effects. Common oral dosing is 1.5 mg twice daily at first, then gradually increased as tolerated.
