Mechanism of Action:

Paracetamol (325 mg): Acts primarily in the central nervous system by inhibiting the synthesis of prostaglandins, which are responsible for pain and fever.

Diphenhydramine (50 mg): An antihistamine that blocks H1 receptors, providing relief from allergic reactions (such as itching, sneezing, and runny nose) and offering sedative effects.

Caffeine (220 mg): A stimulant that increases vasoconstriction and enhances the analgesic effect of paracetamol. It can also improve mental alertness and reduce drowsiness caused by diphenhydramine.
PACKAGING & DOSAGE
One pack contains 20 tablets.
Active ingredient: Paracetamol: 325 mg, Diphenhydramine hydrochloride: 50 mg, Caffeine: 220 mg.
Excipients: Lactose, magnesium stearate, cellulose, corn starch, hypromellose, titanium dioxide, microcrystalline cellulose, polydextrose, Povidone.
Adults: Take 1–2 tablets every 4–6 hours as needed. Do not exceed 8 tablets per day.
Children (under 12 years): Not recommended unless advised by a healthcare provider.
