DESCRIPTION
Mezym Forte comes as pink round tablets that contain pancreatic powder made from ultra pure porcine pancreatic tissue. The tablets are produced in blister packs in a carton box.
The dosage is individual in each patient. The doctor can prescribe the lowest dose and increase it gradually until the effect is achieved. The dose should be increased slowly while the response of the body should be monitored.People with an intolerance to sugars should be careful when treated with this medication. Mezym Forte contains lactose, azorubine that sometimes may cause allergic reactions.

PACKAGING & DOSAGE
Usually one or two capsules are taken during mealtime. It’s enough to take one capsule when snacks are eaten. Mezym Forte should be taken with plenty of water.
The standard recommended dose is 2-4 capsules per meal. Take the tablet whole without chewing.

Active ingredient:
Pancreatin with minimal enzymatic activity: lipase 3500 U Ph.Eur, amylase 4200 U Ph.Eur, proteases 250 U Ph.Eur.

Excipients:
Microcrystalline cellulose, sodium carboxymethyl starch (type A), colloidal silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate.

Coating composition:
Talc, hypromellose, azorubin varnish (E122), simethicone emulsion 30% (dry weight), polyacrylate dispersion 30% (dry weight), titanium dioxide (E171), macrogol 6000.

SIDE EFFECTS
