Sertraline known as a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI). It works by helping to restore the balance of a certain natural substance (serotonin) in the brain.

PACKAGING
Zoloft comes in coated tablets. One pack contains 50 tablets, 100 mg each.
Active ingredient:
Sertraline hydrochloride - 100 mg.
Excipients:
Calcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, sodium starch glycolate, magnesium stearate, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, polyethylene glycol, polysorbates, titanium dioxide (E171).
DOSAGE
Sertraline is prescribed once daily, in the morning or evening. Tablets can be taken with or without food, orally with some water.
Depression: 50 mg daily.
Obsessive Compulsive Disorder: 50 mg daily.
Panic Disorder: 25 mg daily.
Social Anxiety Disorder: 25 mg daily.
The dose should be increased with an interval of no more than once per week to the maximum recommended dose of 200 mg per day. The initial effect can be observed 7 days after the start of treatment, however, the full effect is usually achieved after 2-4 weeks (or even for a longer time with OCD).
CONTRAINDICATIONS
- Simultaneous administration of MAO inhibitors and pimozide.
- Pregnancy.
- Lactation (breastfeeding).
- Children under 6 years old.
- Hypersensitivity to Zoloft components.
With caution: the drug should be used for organic diseases of the brain (including mental retardation), epilepsy, liver and/or renal failure, marked decrease in body weight.

STORAGE
Store in dry place at room temperature. Do not exceed storage temperature higher than 30 degrees Celcius. Keep away from direct sunlight. Keep locked and away from children.
