DESCRIPTION
Rosulip is a brand of Rosuvastatin. It helps to prevent heart attacks and strokes. It works best with a healthy diet, exercise, and no smoking, as it reduces "bad" LDL cholesterol while boosting "good" HDL cholesterol.
Rosulip blocks an enzyme in the liver called HMG-CoA reductase, which normally makes cholesterol – like putting a lock on the factory producing too much fat in your blood. This lowers LDL and triglycerides that can clog arteries, while helping your body clear out existing bad cholesterol more effectively. Over time (weeks to months), it slows plaque buildup in blood vessels, reducing heart risks.
Benefits:
  • Lowers LDL-C by up to 50-60% at higher doses, triglycerides by 20-50%, and raises HDL by 5-15%.
  • Cuts heart disease risk in high-risk groups, slows artery hardening, and prevents events like MI or revascularization.
  • Improves overall lipid profiles, aiding long-term vascular health when combined with lifestyle.
