DESCRIPTION
Cialis contains the active substance tadalafil. Tadalafil is a selective inhibitor of cyclic guanosine monophosphate specific phosphodiesterase 5 (PDE5). The key point is to combine sexual stimulation with Cialis. Sexual stimulation induces the release of nitric oxide from endothelial cells and nerve terminals, which stimulates the synthesis of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP).
