DESCRIPTION
Cavinton Forte is also used in ophthalmology to treat vascular eye diseases (atherosclerosis, angiospasm of choroid and retina, degenerative disease of the choroid, retina or macula, arterial and venous thrombosis or embolism, secondary glaucoma). In otolaryngology Cavinton Forte is used to treat hearing loss (vascular, toxic or age-related genesis), Menier disease, cochleovestibular syndromes, tinnitus, vertigo (of labyrinthine (peripheral) origin), vasovegetative manifestations of menopausal syndrome.

PACKAGING & DOSAGE
Active substance: vinpocetine 10 mg per pill or 5 mg per ampul
Excipients: colloidal anhydrous silica, magnesium stearate, talcum, amylum, lactose.
The recommended dose is 10mg 3 times a day after food. Treatment duration is 1-4 months, but can be increased up to 8 months. In case of end of treatment the dose is gradually reduced during 2-3 days.
STORAGE
Store in dry place at room temperature. Do not exceed storage temperature higher than 30 degrees Celcius. Keep away from direct sunlight. Keep locked and away from children.

I stumbled across this a while back. I've taken different brands, but this brands stands out. It's subtle. Yet, I know when I don't take it, so I take it almost everyday. For me, it helps anything else that I am taking become more pronounced. It's a different feeling from say Gingko and Picamilon which I like too. It just keeps you sharp.
