At all stages of the development and study of the drug Ampasse, the general leadership was provided by the director and then the scientific director of the Research Institute of Physical and Chemical Medicine, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences V.I. Sergienko. Among the many derivatives, one was chosen, which later received the name Ampasse. The pharmacological activity and other properties of the Ampasse substance were studied under the guidance of Prof. T.A. Voronina. It confirmed the high pharmacological activity of Ampasse, which is superior to modern analogues in a number of indicators.
PACKAGING & DOSAGE
Ampasse comes in vials for intravenous or intramuscular injections, 5 mg per 1 ml giving a total of 25 mg per vial. 5 vials per pack.
Active ingredient per 1 ml: Ampasse (calcium hydroxynicotinoyl glutamate) - 5 mg.
Excipient: water for injection - up to 1 ml.
Dosage:
Administer intravenously by slow stream or intramuscular (buttocks area) at a dose of 5 ml once per day for 15 days (15 vials or 3 packs in total). Repeat course in 8-12 months if necessary.
STORAGE
Store in dry place at room temperature. Do not exceed storage temperature higher than 25 degrees Celcius. Keep away from direct sunlight. Keep locked and away from children.
