DELIVERY GUARANTEE
It is your responsibility to monitor the tracking information. There is no reship or refund if your package is returned by the postal service of your country because you: entered the wrong shipping address, did not pay import tax or duties, were not able to accept the package at your address for whatever reason or were not able to pick up the package from your local sorting/post office. We will refund or reship 60 days after dispatch if the package is undelivered for any other reason apart from those listed above.
