DESCRIPTION
Jardiance contains Empagliflozin - the inhibitor of sodium-dependent glucose transporter 2 (SGLT2), which reabsorbs glucose from the glomerular filtrate in the kidney. It blocks glucose reabsorption by inhibiting SGLT-2, which results in reduced blood glucose and excreting it via the urine. Empagliflozin also improves HbA1c levels, thus reducing the risk of diabetes-related complications.

INSTRUCTIONS & DOSAGE
Active substance: empagliflozin - 10mg. Excipients: lactose monohydrate - 162.5 mg, microcrystalline cellulose - 62.5 mg, giprolose hydroxypropyl cellulose - 7.5 mg, croscarmellose sodium - 5 mg, silicon dioxide colloid - 1.25 mg, magnesium stearate - 1.25 mg.

Jardiance should be taken orally with or without food at any time of a day.
Recommended starting dose is 1 pill 1 time/day. If needed the dose can be increased up to 25mg. Maximum daily dose is 25mg.

STORAGE
Store in dry place at room temperature. Do not exceed storage temperature higher than 25 degrees Celcius. Keep away from direct sunlight. Keep locked and away from children.
