This stuff works great. Unbelievable energy boost and motivation to get things done. It suppresses hunger so I no longer have that craving to eat junk food snacks while watching TV etc. My only advice is that I only need one in the morning as I have difficulty sleeping if I use again in the afternoon. Suggested dose is 2-4 per day but one in the morning does the job perfectly for me.
