DESCRIPTION
Bemitil has nootropic, regenerative, antihypoxic, antioxidant and immunomodulating effect. The mechanism of action works by activating the synthesis of RNA and then proteins. Synthesis of gluconeogenesis enzymes ensures the utilization of lactate (a limiting factor in working capacity) and the resynthesis of carbohydrates - the source of energy under intensive loads, which leads to an increase in physical performance. Strengthening the synthesis of mitochondrial enzymes and structural proteins of the mitochondria ensures an increase in energy production and the maintenance of a high degree of conjugation of oxidation. Preservation of a high level of ATP synthesis with oxygen deficiency promotes severe antihypoxic and anti-ischemic activity. Enhances the synthesis of antioxidant enzymes and has a pronounced antioxidant effect.

PACKAGING & DOSAGE
Bemitil comes in the form of tablets for oral administration. 10 tablets per pack.
Active substance: Ethylthiobenzymidazol hydrobromide - 250mg.
Excipients: hyprolose, silicon dioxide, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate.
Capsule shell composition: gelatin, dye yellow iron oxide, dye red iron oxide, titanium dioxide.

DOSAGE
Orally after meal, 250mg 2 times a day. If necessary, the daily dose can be increased to 750mg (500mg in the morning and 250mg after lunch). Persons with body weight over 80 kg - 1000mg (500mg 2 times a day). A standard course of treatment is 5 days. A 2-3 days break between the courses is required in order to avoid cumulation of the drug. The number of courses depends on the therapeutic effect and on average is 2-5 courses.
To improve performance in extreme conditions take your dose 40-60 minutes before the upcoming workload at a dose of 500-750mg. With the continuation of workload take a further 250mg in 6-8 hours. The maximum daily dose should not exceed 1500mg, the next day - 1000mg.
To maintain a high level of performance for a long time (several weeks) and to activate the adaptation processes stick to the course: 5-day intake with 2-day interval, at a dose of 250mg 2 times a day.
If you are suffering from a pronounced impaired liver function (acute viral hepatitis, cirrhosis, toxic liver damage), the dose is should be reduced by 50%.
