ANATOXIN STAPHYLOCOCCUS PURIFIED is a staphylococcal toxin neutralized by formalin and heat, purified from ballast protein. Anatoxin is more effective than the killed and live vaccines. When introduced into the body Anatoxin induces the formation of such a large number of specific antibodies, which is able to neutralize the dose of a staphylococcal exotoxins, a million times greater than the amount entered. In addition, Anatoxin has desensitizing effect - during staphylococcal disease it reduces intoxication, improve granulation wounds, reduces terms of healing and eliminates the symptoms faster.

DESCRIPTION
Anatoxin a bacterial toxin with inactivated toxicity, while immunogenicity is maintained. It works by inducing fast antitoxin and antibacterial immune response to the original toxin. Anatoxin activates cell defense, enhances phagocytosis and serum bactericidal activity.

PACKAGING & DOSAGE
Active substane: 1ml contains 10EC of anatoxin staphylococcus (2 doses)
Excipients: thimerosal (preservative) - 80-100mcg. 

Only for deep subcutaneous injection under the lower angle of the scapula alternating laft and right sides every next injection. Ampoule should be shaked well before opening.
Single dose is 0,5ml.
Immunization course: 2 injections (1 dose) with the interval of 30-45 days.
Pre-operation Immunization (children over 1yo and adults): 2 injections (1 dose) with the interval of 20-30 days, but not later than 4-5 days before the operation.
Donor immunization: 3 injections with the interval of 7 days. First dose is 1ml, second dose is 1ml, third dose is 2ml.
